We were all satisfied with the food and... read more We just dined at your Chowking Bayani Road Taguig branch today, where we also celebrated our gift exchange with friends. We were all satisfied with the food and the store’s ambiance, but unfortunately, the manager scolded us because our noise reportedly made it hard for him to communicate with a rider. I believe he could have approached us more politely, especially since we are professionals. His behavior killed the good vibes and fun we were having due to poor communication. I hope next time the manager shows more kindness towards customers like us. His approach was inappropriate and disappointing. The service crew and cashiers were all friendly, but because of what the manager did, we won’t be returning to this branch. We love Chowking, just not the Bayani Road branch. Perhaps the manager needs additional training to understand how his actions can offend customers. Food: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₱500–₱1,000
