The staff was chatting with... read more We ordered pandesal and the staff asked if we wanted it heated. We said yes. We waited nearly 15 minutes standing inside the store. The staff was chatting with the delivery people, and it turned out the oven wasn’t actually turned on or the timer wasn’t set, so the pandesal wasn’t heated. The staff wasn’t very accommodating either and seemed annoyed when we asked if the pandesal was ready. We love the pandesal itself, but the service definitely needs improvement.
