The staff at this JnB is incredible. They handle the 'late night drunk ' shift better than any crew at any fast food place I 've been to. They also go above and beyond. Once I was curious about the cheesecake they have there. The lady at the window bought me one so I could try it. Life long customer. View all feedback.

The first time ever going and will not return. The food was cold. Our Sauerteigburgers were roasted barley. And the tea tasted terrible. Together with cold hard frits. We are from the city and are happy to try something new. Total waste of money. View all feedback.
This morning at 10:45, I told the ride through I was happy she? She reacted with ?yeah I just felt like sitting here and talking to people for nothing????.obvily not very intelligent because I didn't ask (Are) you open? Your smart mouth should be fired!!
Inside is always closed, even if hours are open until 7:00. Once they said they were out of food at 9:00. There were two nice ladies before, but it seems that the staff had been changed. They also say they are short staff, but as soon as I saw that they make each other's hair and when I try to go into the door, it's even locked at 6:00. I feel bad to give bad reviews, but it was a few months since this place was closed in strange hours. I hope they're full again.
I would give them 3 stars, but I have ordered here for a while.. idk maybe there are new workers ..if u go in no greetings & they don't say anything to &.but they make eye contact and still want to say, I can u order still ..as you need to have better communication with the customer. but she took the time to say the dune in area was close and they were closed.

I've been at the location in St. Louis twice. The first day no problem everything was great 5 star. The next day I went it was a problem before I started to order. The lady said order when and I told her just a minute please. Then said it again?. I said ok I need two orders. The lady told me it was and inconvenience???. Ok so I put everything on 1 order. Driving SUV had had two kids and three adults in SUV. Before I get to window the lady waved at me for me to stop. I'm thinking for what but ok whatever. Once. I get to the window the lady did not give me time to get the bottom of bag so the bag fell. So I can hear her and I guess the cook having attitude with me dropping the bag but I was not handed the properly to begin with. She tells me to pull in the parking and my order will come out when ready. Ok. Did not get all what I've ordered and did not get a receipt to tell man that came to my suv about my order. I tell him that I didn't get all what I've ordered. He asked for receipt and tells me since I didn't get a receipt I didn't get charged for it?and left. The whole time I was given attitude and was not at all been nasty with either one of them. Negative 5 stars. All I can say I will not be going back there to kingshighway St. Louis every again. My God bless them.
