I received excellent and impeccable service from cashier Aaron at this restaurant. The food makers, especially those making burritos, worked very hard and I admired their attentiveness, courtesy, and friendly assistance while preparing the food live at the counter. Thank you to the chefs for cooking delicious meats, gravies, and condiments. View all feedback.
What A doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Typical Chipotle location but the two guys behind the counter were super slow. Most of the ingredients were fresh no issues with the food or portions. They were out of several drinks. There's a nice area to sit inside and also a patio where you can sit outside. The patio area was a little dirty so it seemed like maybe folks weren't checking that as often. View all feedback.

WORST CHIPOTLE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. No rice, no beans, no meat. Everything else old. Staff didn't even acknowledge or offer fresh food. Never again...
Ingredients were not fresh. Lettuce were more limp than wilted. No fajita veggies available. Taste of burrito not up to normal Chipotle standard because the components that make up (or lacking) of the burrito are not acceptable. Portion was smaller than usual.
They act as if how much food they put in my burritos comes out of their paycheck
Alert for vegetarians! At this day and age, if a person doesn 't know the difference between vegan and vegetarian, that person is either fool or ignorant. I don 't know what to call the person behind the service counter tonight. There was clearly a piece of steak in the queso bucket. I pointed it out but the guy still stirred the queso and mixed the strak in it. Good luck finding it. He said don 't worry it 's just a piece of steak that fell from the next bucket. Queso doesn 't have meat in it. I told him that not everyone eats steak. We are vegetarians. He should get it out but he had the audacity to ask me so you don 't want queso anymore? It 's so ridiculously ignorant. The reason for my anger is that it has happened in other Chipotles too. It 's the third time I encountered steak in either queso or in my bowl. I am writing this to Chipotle head office too. Let 's see how they respond.
