I recently visited my local Chic fil a and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. My daughter and I opted to dine in, and we found the restaurant to be clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was a refreshing change from other chain fast food establishments. What Dawn Stopar doesn't like about Chick-fil-a Parma:
The people were friendly and food was good, but there was nothing at the condiment bar/area. You have to wait in line AGAIN to ask someone to get you any napkins, mayo, ketchup, etc. There was no one walking around either asking everyone if they could get them anything. Friendly staff! eating is always hot and fresh. no complaints
I go at least twice a month! each order over $70.00 delicious food never disappointed! my birthday is a Sunday son who gets my annual lunch early! I love chick felt so happy that they were in parma! had to travel to strongsville.
