Been here several times since I moved to Parma Heights. Always good service and food. This morning there was a customer having an epic meltdown over this location not accepting coupons. The employee called the owner on the store's phone and let the customer speak to the owner. The customer would not calm down, but the employees handled it as gracefully as they could. Store was clean but very skimpy on the meat and vegies and they don't take coupons that you get in the mail time to find a new subway
They didn't pay attention to the coupon that was given to them, then overcharged
Workers were very efficient and patient with the crew of kids I brought in today.
First, this is the only place that stocks the chips my wife likes. Second, they also have the vegetarian patty that my wife also likes. But they are one of the friendliest staffed locations I've been in.
