We had a lovely evening dining at Parizzi. The welcome was great and the service impeccable. We ordered the Seafood menu and enjoyed many different taste experiences. The menu as a whole was complete with every course having its own stage yet complimenting each other. Our favorite was the frozen tiramisu, although it might even be better with just a little bit of liquor. Thank you for the great evening and we definit... View all feedback.
What Jole Moretti doesn't like about Parizzi Societa' In Accomandita Semplice Di Parizzi Marco:
The restaurant's space is very tranquil, with well-spaced tables. The wine list is more than 50 pages long. The food was pleasant but with very limited flavour and in quite small portions for the price. Service was pleasant but surprisingly slow, a bit mechanical. We would not return. View all feedback.
Cibo eccellente presentato con impeccabile eleganza di servizio in un ambiente tranquillo e accogliente, anche è una certezza, come sempre tornerò.
Sober place to enjoy star quality traditional food in Parma. Lovely staff
Great restaurant, excellent food. The male writers was super. We will recommend this place.
July 2022 This was my second visit to Parizzi Restaurant, and they knocked it out of the park again. Tailored appetisers prepared by the cook to add to the selection of meals. Amazing wine and friendly staff, dresscode is relaxed, what I prefer, just don't go into shorts and tea shirt. The irony was that we only paid 60 euros more in Parizzi, when last day in Milan in the Galeere near La Scala Duomo (the meal in the gallery [Savini's] was bad and uninteresting, you pay where the restaurant is and that's it. Costs 280 euros for very little and we did not even have wine). The experience in Parizzi guarantees as many visits as I can afford. My problem with Parizzi was that I wanted to eat all the dishes that arrived at our table, even those that my two friends LOL Ordnen the Tiramisu for two, if still available, the Dry Ice made the Magical Desert (wish we ordered it).
I had foie gras; pheasant and black truffle tortelli; and a strudel-style dessert. The first course was excellent, although foie gras is hard to screw up. The second course turned out to be disappointing: the pheasant stuffing was overly dry, and the black truffle tasted nothing like black truffle. Was it summer truffle? I don't know, but if so it should have been specified on the menu . The dessert was just ok. I also tried some appetizers on the house, which were pleasant but couldn't really tilt the balance either way. The restaurant's decor, which would have been à la mode 20 years ago, now comes across as stuffy and outdated. They clearly didn't put a lot of thought into the music either, since it featured what sounded like a cover ! of Celion Dion !! , among other questionable choices. Punch line: although you may stumble upon some interesting ideas, this place is mostly a reflection of 1 Parma as a provincial city whose restaurant scene struggles to live up to its tradition, and 2 Michelin as a very poor indicator of quality outside of France, at least .
