Okay for fast food. The place was clean and the food was fresh. The only problem was a customer that felt it necessary to yell across the room to his friend who he was still talking to after sitting at a table and then the friend came over to his table and even though they were closer, they didn't seem to realize they should be using their inside voices! What Mar Paz doesn't like about Arby's:
The lines was long, the cheese on my 5 meal was cold, and the milkshakes/deserts are un available. I do like the curly fries. I believe they're just having an off day because I love Arby's most of the time. Not today. View all feedback.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Arby’s in Parkesburg! I tried a secret menu item recommended by the friendly young man at the register called the Big Man Sandwich, and it was delicious! The service was excellent, and everyone was very pleasant. The young man behind the counter wished me to have an "Arby day," and I certainly did! This place definitely earns the Scenic VEVO seal of approval!
The restaurant was surprisingly good. The service was attentive and the place was clean. Our food arrived quickly, and the meal itself was delicious. The fries were outstanding!
I had a positive experience with the ordering process, and the staff at the cash register were polite, even in the face of difficult customers. However, when I got home, I noticed that part of my order was missing. This isn’t the first time this has happened, so I’ve learned that I need to check my order before leaving the restaurant.
14 min. waited after we ordered to get 2 sandwiches in the drive. one of them was bratbeef, there sign sandwich.
Blue hair and brush left in bathroom sink. Floors extremely sticky. On 1 good note fries were good. I recommend take out the inside is disgusting.
