One of the very few bistrot in Paris where the waitress was actually super friendly. I have some beers at the very end of their service and Amandine was still so welcoming. The location is quiet and cozy in the middle of the streets. View all feedback.
What Mary doesn't like about Un Bistrot en ville:
It's an okay restaurant. Our first choice was closed, and it was raining, and we just need to eat lunch...not much people but still we waited quite a bit for the food.... About the menu, we found the Formula definitely not worth the price. The pieces of meat looks like from one piece that was cut into two piece... (Translated by Google) It is a good restaurant. Nice place, sunny in the morning, very nice servers. Ideal to start the day
Very nice, heated terrace in winter and very affordable rates. Also a nice service, something more and more rare on Paris
My wife I walked to the bistro on a crowded evening, asked if there was any possibility of dining there on the spur of the moment. Our contact person asked us to please wait a moment, walked to spoke with a nearby server, came back told us if we could wait for a few more minutes he'd settle us into a table at a window onto the street. True to his word, we were seated as soon as we came back from the bar after ordering a bottle of wine. Our meal portions were large, the food was exceptional the kind considerate way we were treated was a high point of our Parisian visit. Maybe it was something about the evening, but we had animated, fun conversations with diners neighboring tables several servers too. The bistro was all we could have hoped for if we'd planned a trip there. Better still was that we turned up such a great place on a whim! Merci beaucoup!
