After a great day at Roland Garros, found Le Murat nearby. With cab stand backed up we opted to eat and then go back to hotel. Great choice. Friendly service. Excellent spring roll with chicken served with lettuce and mint. Veal was tender and entree salad was interesting. View all feedback.
What MILOUW doesn't like about Le Murat:
This large restaurant has a diligent staff , reasonably comfortable seating although background noise is high when the place fills up. Prices are rather high with everything à la carte. My entrée of artichokes was a total let down. It looked very nice but there was hardly any artichoke in it, mostly green leaves some cheese and truffles, altogether tasteless and pointless. Although not in central Paris, I highly recommend this restaurant. I visited with friend for a brunch and it far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be good. Lovely decor, very clean and elegant with friendly and efficient staff. The menu had a lot of options and the meals and every detail was near perfect. I can’t wait to go back and have lunch and then another time, dinner. Bravo to the team!!
Will definitely go back, my daughter had the crispy salmon which was great, my husband had the chateau brion excellent and my miso salmon was superb! Oh and last not least the millefeillue was to die for.
