I Ghiotti - Paris

Super Italian restaurant. excellent cuisine and very friendly welcome. I'll go back there as soon as I get the chance with my friends who also loved it.

Fun, intimate, space. Friendly. Small but well thought menu. Excellent fish. Panda cotta also good.

Very nice and relaxed place with excellent food. I was in Paris for a scientific meeting and stayed in this area. Was lucky to get one of the small tables outside and the wonderful lady from northern italy who looked after me recommended the right things: I started with the house cocktail light and fresh, based on lemon, gin and a touch of raspberry. The starter was a very nice fish she could not translate to english, flamed with a gas torch , with various vegetables. This was followed with a light, dry white wine and ravioli with ricotta filling and a lemon sauce (it was more complex than that but that is what I can remember : . Desert was a wonderful panna cotta with fruits. The panna cotta was brilliant, just barely keeping its shape and disintegrating on the touch. Just as it should be. The grappa was also very good.

Small and cozy, only 20 seats. Nice waitress and excellent pasta. Very busy Friday night. Not very nice chairs (bar chairs) and a bit weird tiramisu.

Fantastic dinner. Great food and really handsome and kind waiter. Excellent octopus, risotto and pasta Highly recommended!
