I enjoyed the injera, and the dish I ordered, the larger sampler of meat and vegetable dishes, was really tasty. Some of the components were great, and some were just tasty. Having tried Ethiopian food at some other places, I know that the flavors can really be explosive. That's why, even though this was a wonderful meal (and the coffee at the end was a lovely experience), I only give 4/5. Maybe that's unfair in any... View all feedback.
The restaurant is small, Ethiopian decor, the host is very kind and the food delicious. Ethiopian is for people who are able to enjoy eating with their hands once in a while, not your typical Paris restaurant (In a good way). It was not crowded so it made for a very special night, We will go back when we return to Paris.
We, a group of 4, experienced a very tasty Ethiopian dinner. We had the Beyayenetou composed of three sorts of meat, some very spicy, some spiced with vegetables. We had some sort of galettes to eat the food as you eat with your fingers. It's very friendly way of sharing a meal. A pity the waitress/cheffe is not a bit more welcoming. We had a tasty hydromel and some beers. Slow service so best to go there where you are not in a rush!
Ethiopian is one of my favourite cuisines if not THE favourite and Entoto certainly lived up to my high hopes! Incredibly delicious food at very reasonable prices with friendly, efficient service. The only thing I could have wanted for was a bigger belly to try more of the dishes! :
The food was great, even for my vegetarian partner it was pleinty of chose; the service was not very friendly but it does happen in Paris! I still recomand this place.
