What João Leonardo Giovanetti doesn't like about Easy Pizzaria:
Terrible service, one of the worst places I’ve ever been to in my life Do not dare to go to the rodizio, expensive and not worth anything. Arrogant and rude people, I imagine they are the owners, walk around without even looking at your face. I tried to complain about the service and they didn't even care. I'll never go anywhere near it again. Service: Dine in View all feedback.
Bad kitchen and service, no organization at all. More than 1 hour of waiting for them not even to start preparing the order. Service: 1

Very good service, super varied menu between pizzas, snacks and portions, including one of the best coxinhas I've ever eaten! I'll be back and recommend! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We were three people with high expectations when visiting the establishment, mainly because it offers all-you-can-eat pizzas, portions and mini hamburgers, with drinks included. The setting is truly beautiful, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by the customer service. We decided to go early to avoid service problems when the place is crowded. However, right at the beginning, we faced confusion with the reservation that had been made 10 days in advance. Apparently, they didn't find our reservation, which caused some discomfort. Although the situation was resolved by offering a table for 3 people, this already left a negative impression. As for the all-you-can-eat pizza, the dough was not well cooked, which compromised the flavor. The fillings were just ok, it didn't exceed our expectations. Furthermore, the restaurant was very crowded and the gap between rounds was excessively long, occurring at least three times. The biggest disappointment was when we wanted to try the sweet pizzas, however, the organization of the service left a lot to be desired. While two other people accompanying me managed to taste a piece of sweet pizza, I was looking forward to another sweet option, but unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to try it. The service took an inordinate amount of time to take our order, and even when sweet pizzas were available, the waiters just wouldn't pass by our table. In a frustrating moment, we witness a waiter deliver a sweet chocolate pizza with confetti to another table next to our table. After waiting about 20 minutes for the sweet pizzas and not being attended to, we gave up and left disappointed with the experience. Despite the pleasant atmosphere, the service left much to be desired, compromising the quality of our visit to the establishment. Sadly, I don't plan on returning. Property tip: Improve your service organization and ensure that all tables receive the same attention, especially during carvery. Also, review the preparation of the pizzas to ensure that they are all well-baked and tasty. This will certainly improve your customers' experience and encourage positive feedback. Kid-friendliness: There's a kids space!
