Mayhiang Seafood - Pantai Tengah

We ordered a Teochew stream grouper, 2 stir fried you mai cai butter prawn for dinner. Everything was fresh tasty. E love the veg so much we ordered again. The taste for all the dishes are just right, not too salty or oily. The staff was friendly too. Good recommendation of dishes from them. Definitely a recommended eating place when in Langkawi.

Large Chinese seafood restaurant with parking out the front and aircon area on the right. Fresh fish and tasty prawns; decent portion size at reasonable pricing. Their soursop juice is a unique homemade brew that is a must-try! Chatty Cantonese owner with a place just past the main Pantai Cenang area. Mostly good value with passable toilets.

The restaurant is very well maintained n clean . From out side look like a simply place but the food are delicious. All the food are tasty n fresh. The staffs are very friendly n curtious. The services are quite fast. The rest room are clean.

Restaurant was empty when we arrived. Another group of customers arrived and that was it, 2 tables for the evening. Ordering was easy as the staff was friendly. All dishes have 3 sizes available. S, M, L. We wanted small so we could order more other dishes but the staff said we need Medium and we were ok with it. Food came and the first impression was the portion were very small. We all agreed the quality and taste were slightly below average. The Teochew steamed fish was bland. Nothing spectacular.

Delicious seafood fried rice. It has what we chinese call wok hei (smoky aroma). seafood was pretty generous and portion was quite huge even for 1 person order. not quite sure why the rating is low but would recommend those staying nearby to drop by for a quick decent meal
