The Village (tavern) - Pano Platres

We went to this tavern before, everything was great. Today we decided to go there without considering other options. We arrived at 15:00, there were 2 hours left before closing. What a disappointment it was... We were greeted by dissatisfied faces; after sitting down at a free table, a young man approached us and told us to leave, since this table was reserved and if people came they would have problems. We asked where we could change seats and were pointed to a dirty table.... After we moved seats, only 15 minutes later they came up to us to ask about our order. But, here we were surprised: the guy said that there was not much food left because he wanted to sell everything and go home early. A curtain. We left disappointed; they fed us in another restaurant, even though they were closing in half an hour. Unfortunately, we will never return to this tavern again.

Our favourite restaurant in Cyprus. Everything was amazing, the traditional food the service the wine the location the whole experience. A family run restaurant. 10/10 must go here!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
