Omg... Go there. Try everything... There's nothing they have that I haven't enjoyed consuming. Sooooo good. My favorite sushi dinner. I travel an hour to get there and it's completely worth it to me.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What Thomas Steiger doesn't like about Mizu Sushi House:
Their sushi is excellent, great All You Can Eat, no complaints there. *18% service charge for all customers*As many have said, the service isterrible. Only 2 waiters at lunch. The woman does most of the work, she has no personality, but is occasionally polite unlike the man. He acts miserable unfriendly. Doesnt say a word to me no matter how polite I am. They’re understaffed and in desperate need of competent waiters... View all feedback.
Where do I start?Food tastes good, so that 's nice, but you can 't taste the food that they forget to bring you.Bad service all around. We got there, no one said hi, took a little long to get us to our seat, even though 3 booths were open and two employees were out bussing serving tables at a calm pace. Just felt ignored, not even given menus while we wait.So we sit down, our group naturally starts conversing, but I try my best to quickly mark what I want on the all-you-can-eat menu. One of the ladys comes over, asks if we 're done marking our order, I tell her no, I 'm finding the last thing, and she yanks the menu out of my hand, saying You can order more for second round! Whatever. They give us our drinks, no issue.Throughout our stay, they clear our table of finished dishes, and offer to refill beverages, great, but there young girl there who serviced our table looked like she didn 't even want to be there, and gave simple one-worded replies to stuff, without making any eye contact with anyone. Definitely didn 't feel welcome, but whatever, I 'll just finish my gyoza, mochi leave. Well they brought no mochi. Forgot both me and my buddies orders. Ok I 've had enough, I 'm full anyway, had fun fulfilling conversation with my friends, let 's pay the bill go. I was wondering why the bill was so high, much more than other comparable sushi places I 've been to (I love sushi but I gave them an extra 14% tip to thank them for running a place to have sushi working every hard. Well I get home, inspect the reciept, and notice there 's an 18% gratuity added on (for a party of 3? that I wasn 't told about. Now I 'm bitter. Bad service, forgotten food items, sneaky over-charges. I 'm never coming here again.
The best sushi around! I love their vegetarian sushi so much, It’s the only sushi place I’ll go to. Great staff, great food, great drinks.Food: 5/5

The food here deserves 5+ stars. I have been to this restaurant many times and my experience has been consistent! The staff is not trained and their communication skills are below average! The owner gets stressed when people ask for all you can eat!We always come as families with friends and every time we had kids we were overcharged for them! The last time was last week, I had an 18-month-old toddler with me and had one spoon of my miso soup, the surfer came to me saying: we charge 9.99 for kids this age! I said he is 18 months. He said yes, we charge 9.99 for 2 years old and younger! Seriously!!! Shame on you! I had been charged for that 1 spoonful of soup!! Yes, they charged me for a baby who doesn’t eat sushi!
