Why does nobody answer the phones at this location? Food: 4 Service: 1

This is the worst place you can go. Very rude. I ordered a white chocolate mocha latter and I was given a breakfast hot tea black. When I came back to return the drink, the girl who took my order, was very apologetic and nice, but the manager was extremely rude and combative and ended up, refusing to serve me and give me the drink. I ordered. She also refused to give me back my money until I told her I was not leaving the drive-through until I got my drink for my money. Service: 1

They don't read the tag descriptions on the cup well. She made the wrong coffee 2 times .
