Mcdonald's - Palos Heights

I like the worker in this industry, they are so good and ingenious to treat and provide a good customer service, especially; Elisabeth, she always knows everything and understands her JOB. LIVE IT

This McDonald is really good before they hired young employees who don't train them very well. Once I ordered a Mcdouble and when I came home and went to eat it, there were no cattle patties on it. I should get two. So I called and spoke to the manager and she said it's sorry, and the employee who worked at the grill is new, so when he's new, nobody checks to see if he does the food right? Don't guess. Later the frits are cold and the drinks flow over and all the cups below. I hope they will clean up this McDonald or we will not go there anymore!!
