I always get ice that comes with a drink! It used to be a decent dunkin now they got new staff that don't know english so you have to repeat your order again and again and again until you wanna shoot yourself in the head.

Was very disappointed normally go there for everything today I went to get an ice cream cone and I was overcharged one for the ice cream and then for the cone either wait over 10 minutes for the staff even notice me as they were all playing on their cell phone it was very sad and disruptive and I did not want to just walk away and not pay for food because I feel that’s rude. Staff needs to be better trained and there needs to be Communication

Wrong information on Google about time says that they open till 10pm and the truth is that they open to 9.45 that's what I been told by people who work there, so don't spend 20 min driving to get coffee if you can't get there before 9.45 pm.
