Totally unsatisfactory dining experience. It was disorganized, terrible experience I had. We paid $192.00 each for the following: 1， The hostess did not note our reservation correctly. She went ahead and seated us, but our waiter called the hostess over to the table to prove we had paid. What happened? Previously a wonderful place. Now it's like a diner. so sad
A strange location, but very good eating and atmosphere. very friendly staff.
Food was good with large portions. The problem was our server and the wait time it took To be served. The waiter was new and in training. But didnât appear that anyone was working at training him. First he arrived quickly to our table to take drink orders. When my husband ordered ice tea he told us they were making a new batch as they make fresh brewed and he would check when it was ready. I was served my ginger ale but my husband NEVER got his ice tea and his water glass was very infrequently refilled. Our salad came quickly but the lunch entree took a long time. This was just fried chicken and an order of ribs which are their standards. Overall the service was sub-standard and the meal wasnât worth the wait. This was an early dinner on a Friday night.
Really great happy hour menu. Fantastic nachos (substantial but not too heavy), and both the grilled fish tacos and the ahi tuna tacos were excellent. The building itself has a rustic charm and is nice and open. Great dining experience, thanks to Aureliano for taking care of us.
Our server was amazing. She was friendly and competent.
