I called to place an order and encountered some resistance from a young girl because I requested pepperoni on top of the cheese. After speaking with the manager, he apologized and made it right. This is how you build a successful business! We ended up ordering from Domino's instead and they were very professional, accommodating my request for pepperoni on top, even though our order was $40. I recently moved into a new neighborhood and decided to order delivery from a pizza place for the first time. I have always had bad experiences with pizza delivery, so when my order didn't arrive after an hour, I thought "here we go again". The pizza hat company had sent me a free pizza voucher on 7 september 2021, it has already expired september 2020. the humiliation of it when I wanted a pizza! We have ordered from this location several times and not is always made to order perfectly. Piping hot delivery.
Worst tasting pizza I had in over 10 years. Dough/crust was untasteful, pizza was dry and had bland taste. Ate 3 pieces and threw rest of the large in trash!
