I just visited the restaurant and ordered a couple of drinks and some food. A gentleman named Edgar assisted us, and he was incredibly nice and helpful. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
In general, I like and patronize Starbucks because convenience, customer service, and what I heard how they treat employees. But today it was not a good experience. One of the staff hand me over me coffee wearing a hand brace that it was very dirty. Her hands and nails were also very dirty. I couldn't help but feel disgusted. I don't drink buckstar, but I tried the medicine ball tea. What a treat!!! And the employee that served me was pretty nice
They were able to make a Frappuccino from a secret menu and were friendly! Only con is it is crowded with a long queue outside the drive thru. This location however, is one of the best Starbucks I've been to. So I can understand why.
Good food! Wasn't sure if they sold coffee there however. Next time I'll ask.
Some days the drivethru is fast and tolerable. Other times it's not. Either way my drinks are always correct and the baristas are very nice.
Walked in, was welcomed right away. Keighley took my order, called me mister. I ordered a chocolate cold brew. It was corrected right away.
