The food is my favorite and I love their clam chowders. I’ve been going here over ten years and it has always been great to my standards! Definitely highly recommend! Great place for family or friends, Great spot for a lunch date, and for coworkers to take a break. It’s a bit busy most of the time but the food does come out quickly and hot! What lisa Price doesn't like about California Fish Grill:
I visited the location in Palmdale, CA. The fries seemed to have been cooked in old oil or they were just old in general. I usually don't order fries, but unfortunately this time someone else picked up my order. If it were up to me, I would not have accepted it. Fresh fries should be light in color, but these tasted terrible. Overall, I would rate the food 2 out of 5 stars. View all feedback.
Elizabeth and Laura ALWAYS give us OUTSTANDING service. This place feels like home when they are here. We pass so many restaurants to go have dinner on Friday evenings but we always choose to come and enjoy a lovely dinner here because of them. I do enjoy the food. I just wish that they would go back to how they used to cook the Brussels sprouts. They are burnt and beyond bitter. They tasted better before COVID. Its GREAT! Just discovered this place. I have gone there 3 times now and one of those times I got like 12 meals for the people at work. Everything I have tried is perfect, no bad meals here. All of my family and coworkers agree. The service is always on time and on target and they have never screwed up and order. I've tried 3 different menu items myself and all were great. So yep, I'm a huge fan of this place and so is my family and my coworkers. Great food, great service!
