The best Mexican food I've ever had! I ordered just one taco, and it was amazing. The service was excellent as well. My friends tried the enchiladas, and they loved them. I stopped by for lunch while visiting downtown Palm Springs. There’s another location closer to the main area that has a nicer layout and atmosphere, but it was closed when we visited. The restaurant offers seating both inside and outside, but the indoor area is quite small and dimly lit. Our server was friendly, though he seemed overwhelmed with the guests outside. Very busy evening when we arrived. The outside seats were limited as the weather was rainy and cold. We sat right away. Our waiter was very good. My wife and I had tacoslates. Beer was cold and the margaritas were very good. The staff did a great job with the number of guests who wanted to eat there. Good time and food.
Good stuff. We had reservations for 4 adults and 5 children on a Saturday night. Place was busy, but we sat pretty fast. Children had queensadillas, adults had different combo dishes each enjoyed their meals. They also offered free chips and salsa that the table went through 2 rounds. Adults also had a round of margaritas. Spicy Margaritas were sharp!...and really good.
Great food, prices, and service. Been going here for over 35 years. Always go when I'm back in town!
Delicious food, the best salsa ever and great service. The interior has a wonderful vintage, nostalgic feel. All around terrific dining experience. A must visit on your Palm Springs vacation.
