We enjoyed our dinner after Modernism. We sat outside, way in the back. There were 7 of us and our waiter was attentive, food and drink were good. The Guacamole was great. A few more twinkle lights in the back would be nice. View all feedback.
What Rampyari Gurung doesn't like about Blue Coyote Grill:
The good: 1. Amazing atmosphere. Perfect for hanging out with friends. The decor was great 2. The Trio de brochetas was a good meal. 3. The coffee was actually a highlight of my time there. Smooth and strong. The bad: 1. The server was a little pushy as if we were rushed to order. 2. The fajita was terrible! No flavor whatsoever. Not even when I added three packets of salt to it. For something to be so highly priced... View all feedback.
My wife and I had a fabulous dinner. we get a lot of tex-mex to house, and blue coyote offers the standards (tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas) but also several more interesting, unique dishes. we asked the waiting staff to recommend and were very satisfied.
Very slow service. it took an hour until our food came to our table. the waitress did not come back to check us or our food. will not be back.
Fabulous food some American classics with a twist the Brisket was amazing! So much choice something for everyone. Margaritas absolutely awesome. It gets busy so make a reservation. Lovely surroundings, knowledgeable attentive staff. Food served quickly fresh and hot. The best in Palm Springs.
We visited the restaurant when a guest we were hosting wanted Mexican food, and our favorite Mexican restaurant was closed (a Sunday). The restaurant was busy, but the waitstaff was excellent. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. None of us finished our meals. Our guest commented that we should ask for a to-go box so that we did not leave all of our meal uneaten and insult the cook. We did, but did not eat the leftovers. So disappointing. No comparison to our favorite Mexican restaurant.
Very nice place. Dog friendly. We stopped on the way from Phoenix to California. Super nice and speedy service. Options for non meat eaters potato tacos, salads and steamed vegetables. My husband got chicken fajitas and it was definitely shareable. Everyone seemed to be drinking pitchers of margaritas so I have a feeling they are good. The outside patio is really big and shady.
