My husband and I arrived there at 1:30pm on Saturday, everything was gone but three slides of lemon pie left. We were so lucky to have two. There were many people still coming on in, but disappointed out. We were sorry for them! I reduced one star forthis reason. These are good people and they bake wonderful cakes. My favorites are strawberry, chocolate, pecan and my very favorite is Coconut
The buttermilk pie was to die for. Very cute shop. If you have never been, it's a must stop. We came all the way from Fate Tx.
I drive 3 hours 1 way just for the strawberry pie. It doesn't get any better and well worth the drive

On the way through the city, Nabeby had strawberry cake, son had chocolate icebox cake and I had coconut meringue. Let me just say these cakes are the best of the best. If you are in the area you need to stop for cake, you will not be disappointed. This place is great, and the guy who served us was so friendly and gracious.
