Bunch of kids work at our local Papa's, sweet and friendly young men but their friends park their trucks with loud P.A systems and bright lights out front blocking most the entry way. What Rosa Klein doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
I ordered their BBQ boneless wings and was really disappointed. First of all, it seemed like the person who made them barely drizzled any BBQ sauce on—there were maybe four thin lines of sauce, and some wings didn't have any at all. Secondly, I don't know when they changed the recipe, but it definitely wasn't for the better; they tasted like the breading on frozen chicken nuggets. I used to absolutely love their bone... Best service and people. Also, these pizzas prefer all locals.
My only complaint is when you call an order that you are directed to a call center and not directly to the store. The lady in the call center did not get my order 100% bit the staff in the store quickly corrected and gave a discount for the problems. I always have a great experience here and feel welcome. I don't remember every time I had problems with the food. I'll go back.
Excellent experience! Called at 6:30 pm on a Friday and my order arrived hot and fresh on time!!!! It was delicious! Wow we were so impressed! We wish we got plates and cups or napkins but we didn't and that's okay!
I so enjoy their pizza and chicken wings. They are always quick and courteous even when they get so busy!!!
Be Jeff. So got a pizza and drink delivered, or so I thought, I had edited my order and forgot to add my drink. When Jeff the delivery driver delivered my pizza I asked where my drink was and we figured out pretty quickly that it wasn't on the order myfault). He went and made a few stops then came back to bring me a soda. He didn't even have to do that. Super decent guy. there's not a whole lot of really nice people left anymore more who do things even though they dont have to, and are beinggenuinely nice. Anyways food was great as usual.
