Wendy's - Palatine

Service was great and so was the atmosphere. The burgers were undercooked though so 3 stars because of the food not being cooked well.

If you are going to eat at a fast food I recommend Wendy's because they don't have filler garbage trash in their meat like McDonald's does so eat at Wendy's you'll eat a little bit healthier it is still fast food but you won't contaminate your body McDonald's is pure trash

WOW!!! Yaya is such a great employee!!! I had a late night mobile order and everything was made just right! When Yaya asked about why my burger had no meat Pattie’s on it my girlfriend explained that she is vegan. Yaya told us she wanted to be sure that’s truly what we wanted and even went above and beyond to ask if we wanted gloves changed when handling her food! AMAZING!!!! I’ve never see someone so genuinely caring and sweet. MANAGER!!! GIVE THAT AMAZING WOMAN A RAISE!!!!! Top notch employee. She even saw that there were extra pickles and made sure we did in fact want a lot of pickles and she put lots of extra pickles!! She’s so attentive!! Unfortunately I didn’t have cash to tip but if I could do so I would’ve given her such a big tip! BEST. SERVICE. EVER!!! GO YAYA!!!! WE THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
