Taco Bell - Palatine

This store is clean, well run, efficient, and great customer service. The tacos and nachos had a really nice flavor, Never had any issues with this location's food, everything tasted great and as it's supposed to. The staff was also masked up and adhered to covid protocols. The atmosphere was friendly and the seating area was well maintained. Place is always busy but you get in and out pretty quickly so it's not a big deal. Order always correct and everyone is always polite. Hands down to this location. Great experience. I have nothing bad to say. They live up to my expectations. Thank you again and I will be back to this specific location.

The type timothy that has left an assessment must be quite ignorant. the owner of the franchise does not work, he is a bank. dirty hands pour drinks? did he inspect the people? Sometimes people just need to ventilate and be keyboard warriors. Anyway, this place is always clean and the service is in the regular fast, but they are also short workers because nobody wants to work anywhere. the people do not know that they also need to fill out doordash and ubereats and GrubHub orders. so please, people, give them a break when their order takes a while. low on coworkers and mobile orders come on the curse.

How does this pos 3.8 review? negative 3 reviews. the owner was probably the bank. simply disgusting my drink began to pour between 2 tassen when I wanted to drink different sizes. lost all the fizz in the drinks and he did it with his dirty hands trying to save a few pennies. disgusting!

Best taco bell location ever. I don't know why they try to regulate how much I can say about a place by saying more if I don't have to say anymore.

Extremely slow service and very unorganized. wait over 10 min and order was not ready yet. restaurant wasn't even busy.
