Subway - Palatine

It is a wonderful place to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. the place is always beautiful and clean. the people give a nice welcome and beautiful music all the time. they have beautiful and fresh food that tastes their sandwich like a beautiful juicy. the wlan here is faster than my house Wi-Fi it is 30 mbps to download. I can watch things on youtube without delay. overall it is the best place to eat and the people here are beautiful.

I work in the same building. Customer service is stellar. Harshad is an awesome employee and great individual. Food's always fresh, place is always clean. 5star subway for sure. Thanks Harshad!!

It is not a crowded place at all on Sunday. Nice staff, I was a little confused with an accent. But he was very friendly and even gave a present a cookie to our young boy. Kids menu, salads, sandwiches all as usual in Subway.

If I could give this subway 0 stars, I absolutely would. Last weekend I was in here for lunch and asked for wheat bread. I was asked if I could do honey oat because they didn’t have any made. I said okay. Tonight, I entered the Subway at 8:15 and waited ten minutes for the man behInd the counter to help us. He was cleaning the cutting boards, so we waited. We asked if they were closed, even though the door and google said they were open until 9 and he said no and asked what we wanted. My wife ordered a chicken breast on wheat and he asked if she could take multi grain. Considering our recent experience, this upset me but I let it go when he got the wheat bread. He then made her sandwich and asked if it was for there or to go? We said for here and he told us the dining area was closed and we couldn’t eat there because it was clean up time. It’s was 35 minutes before the posted closing time. Not wanting to eat in the parking lot on a chilly November evening, I told him to keep the sandwich and we left. We got to Cousins Subs on Dundee (7 8 minute drive) ordered our food and ate it before 9PM. There was no reason to turn us away beyond horrible customer service and pure laziness. I will never return to this Subway and I hope Management seriously reconsiders the people they let close the store.
