I haven't been to a Denny's in ages. The service was friendly, and the meals were freshly prepared. The cinnamon bun pancakes looked amazing, and my Nashville hot chicken melt was messy yet tasty—not too spicy, but quite rich in mayo. ZERO STARS Stopped in today to redeem a free birthday breakfast (not mine). While at the reception stand in the restaurant, the APP would not respond thus we could not show the manager the Denny's corporately generated coupon. He SAW that our birthday girl had the app. When asked if he would honor it at the local level with a driver's license to confirm the B-Day; one word, NO. There was no second word. Silence and a... My spot for Breakfast ,lunch, dinner and sometimes late nite cravings. Coffee is best there and then omelets and my wife loves the pan cakes there. Burgers are great too. Team that runs this place is friendly and quick in service.
They provide a very good service, my waitress was very polite and the steak was cook perfect
The third time, my food came cold. I asked the waitress when I sat down to make sure my eating was hot that she said I was going. once again pancakes were cold and so were the hatch-brown. when I said something to the manager, he said they're safe? I said it happened three times in a row. he got angry at me and said I'm gonna bring new ones. Of course, the new were hot, but his hire, and he tried to give me the debt that they are cold, was not appreciated. I'll never be back. only my experience. I hope you have a better one than me.
I've been coming to this Denny's for 20+ years. Still best place for breakfast anytime. I love that there's a little bit of something for everyone. Prices can't be beat!! Super friendly attentive staff. Will continue to stop by.

Silence and a stare. We immediately left. This manager, Jesus, has no business in a customer facing position. Comically inept.
