What User doesn't like about Safeway Liquor:
Unfriendly, slow service! Every employee I approached was on their phone. When they noticed me trying to get their attention and ask for help, two different people actively tried to avoid me. When I inquired about the wheelchair accessibility, they laughed and rudely said they didn't know before walking away. The restaurant was packed with tourists and very busy. View all feedback.
My brother had a boat accident this week and we weren’t really sure what to do and the pharmacist here helped us so much! The advice and information he gave us made a world of difference. I really appreciate what you did for us and will not forget it, and he is doing a lot better now!
My wife and I were visiting from out of town, and she got sick. We went to the urgent care down the street from here to get her some medications and the clinic messed it all up. The pharmacist here was very understanding of our situation and tried to get it figured out for us, but in the end the clinic had messed it all up. I really appreciate the effort he put in trying to help us and would recommend anyone, if god forbid got sick while on vacation, to come here because they will take care of you!
Horrible service. Albeit, I have never had to wait more than 20 Minutes for a prescription. So I will stay open minded to the idea that, even though we were the only people at the pharmacy, they were busy. What was unforgivable was the lack of information, the waste of our time, and the agressive dialogue.
Wife who has as if has forgotten a critical medicine. our md had to call in a series 3 times before they discovered that they had received them; seems as if my calls had forced them to finally check their voicemail. other medicaments (they had) were drawn from our apotheke. they waited targeted to the end of the day to fill them by instructing me to come and wait 15 minutes. the waiting time was 1 1/2 hours. the apotheker put all natives in front of me with a lot of time and seemed to complete all his papers for the day before finally filling our rx 20 minutes after their 8 o'clock closure. obviously they don't want to repeat not business anymore, as it requires more effort, patients need a foreign concept!
