We stopped by for an evening meal on Thursday, downstairs was very busy with what seemed to be a fun quiz night but we wanted to eat so we sat in the upstairs bar which was fairly quiet and exactly what we wanted. We order food at the bar, 2 Caesar salads with Chicken asked for the croutons and sauce to be on the side which was fine, plus a fish and chips. All were well prepared, cooked nicely and tasted good. After reading the positive reviews about the village inn, we were very pleased with the “friendly welcome” and a few drinks with our Sunday dinner. Unfortunately, the greeting, however, after coming in from the rain to enjoy all the above, was unfriendly...and it was lacking basic customer service. we left. View all feedback.

Lovely atmosphere in this slightly ramshackle (perhaps 'distressed ' is more appropriate to its decor, and situation) It unfortunately faces an uncertain future! I hope it can be saved... Very friendly to the doggo citizens of Paddo! Price per person: A$20–40
