We thought we would give this place a go after reading positive reviews on various sites. Ordered two chef recommended dishes and both left much to be desired. Also on the expensive side compared to other takeaway places we often use. Disappointing overall. View all feedback.
If you want a little taste of Italy, you should definitely try La Paysanne in Blainville! They serve various flavors of gelato and refreshing sorbet! Very
With the name as such you'd expect the food to be of Malaysian quality. As a native Sarawakian I have to say I was extremely disappointed. They have no right to use the name Sarawakian delights. It is extremely misleading as they didn't even have one single dish that could be classified as Sarawakian. They should drop the name and use something more appropriate. Don't tarnish the good name of Sarawakian food.My partner had the fried kway teow Which he described as bland, tasteless, the meat was chewy. Prawns and chicken were barely cooked and still half raw. It was all bad except for the bean sprouts Which was alright.I had the curry chicken Which turned out to be Japanese curry. The chicken tasted as though it was barely cooked. Soft and chewy. Rather rare.To add to the unappetising meal, the Service was too friendly. Over the top Which made it creepy. We couldn't even swallow our food without being watched. The whole restaurant was empty and considering that it was a Saturday evening, that says a lot.We won't be going there againA

We love this place and get dinner here at least once a month, well worth a visit and the staff are lovely
We visited here on Friday 4th November 2011 and it was great. We did not book, and four of us walked in asked for a table and were seated promptly. The service was very friendly and just so you know before you visit its BYO drink. The menu was impressive and we ordered a banquet from the menu that was for five but they could do for four. We had Sesame Prawn Toast and Spring Rolls which was lovely, followed by chicken and sweetcorn soup. Then followed a mixture of five main courses including Honey King Prawns, Chicken Satay, Sizzling Black Pepper Beef, Special mixed fish with vegetables, Pork Ribs with Plum Sauce, & a lovely plate of special prawn fried rice. The desert was deep fried ice cream which we had never tried before and it was really good. This banquet was $28.00 per person and was gorgeous. It was more than enough food and the service was friendly, attentive and efficient. We will re-visit as it was a fantastic Chinese. We went here by chance having walked out of the La Bella Woodfired Pizzeria across the road and we are so glad we choose to eat at the Sarawak Delights as it was a complete delight. .
