Ordered the Classic Pork Rib and a carbonara. The servings suits for 2-3 people. The service is just fine and should have been better though. Tha food is what we have came here so that was a minor for us. At first it does not entice the eye as it lacks something or a creative kick. On the gastronomic side, you would might add something that has fizz like a beer, wine or sparkling water. But overall, we're stuffed, and that's good.

Good food. I like their sauce. Ribs were flavorful and juicy. The place is cozy, great for family dinners and meet ups. Overall, good dining experience.

My mom loves Yellow Cab's Sriracha Wings, so when we heard about Racks' Sriracha Pork Ribs, we planned to take her here, as soon as we can. ???? She might have an alternative favorite to her wings addiction! Here's what we got: ✔ SRIRACHA PORK RIBS (Php 875 for half rack) - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ When we got our order, we initially thought we might have to order some additional food as it seemed like the servings size was small, but as we went along, it was surprisingly filling. Therefore, I suppose each order can feed 2-3 people. Each half rack order comes with a huge serving of java rice, and Asian slaw with peanut dressing. The java rice was buttery (which I like), but the Asian slaw was underwhleming and lacked flavor. The star of the show, the ribs, were perfectly cooked: very tender and juicy, and oh so flavorful! ???? For spicy food lovers, you might feel like the heat is not enough. Not to worry though, as they will provide you with a bottle of Sriracha so you can adjust the taste according to your liking. Make sure to drizzle on some of their Original / Extra Hot Signature Sauce for a burst of flavor! ???? ✔ GRAVY FRIES (Php 70 - Regular) - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Serving size was so small. The fries were a bit salty, so we had to shake / wipe of the excess salt on each fry. The gravy had a distinct garlicky kick, but paired so well with their fries! A must-try, though, you might want to consider ordering the bigger size, or else it will end up "bitin". ✔ CORN BREAD (Php 70 - Regular) - ⭐⭐⭐ We were initially planning to order the buttermilk cookies; but since it was unavailable, I chose this instead. The regular size had 4 one-inch slices, which was just enough for us. The bread was a bit dry, and was nothing close to what I was hoping it would be. It was also a bit bland -- good thing the leftover gravy from the fries saved it a bit. I took a mental note not to order this again when I come back. ???? My sister also ordered Baked Beans (Php 70 - Regular), but I was not able to taste it. She devoured it all though, so it must be good. The service was generally okay, though they seem to be slacking off a bit at times, probably because of the slow pickup of the business during lunch a while ago. Our server smiled a lot and was friendly. I hated how slow they processed my payment, though! My credit card was with them for more than 10 minutes, even if it didn't seem like someone else's asking for the bill too during that time. ???? Ambaince was okay, though music was playing too loudly in the background, it got annoying at some point. Overall, I would recommend you guys to try out their Sriracha Pork Ribs, as I heard this is a limited edition menu item. Literally falls off the bones! IMHO Racks has one of the best bbq sauce I've had. It's kinda pricey for students tho but overall experience was exquisite (yes, i use those words haha)
