Fantastic food, atmosphere, service. Jasmin was very kind, friendly, attentive, and informative. She always made sure our drinks were topped and took great care of us. My wife got the filet with mashed potatoes potatoes were a little on the peppery side but still delicious. Steak was great. I got the French Dip which was so great it alone is reason enough for me to return, even at it's fairly hefty price tag. I feel... View all feedback.
What Matthew Protzman doesn't like about Stanford Kitchen:
It was enjoyable, pleasant atmosphere. Staff was extremely courteous. We had the mussels and Rattlesnake Pasta. The mussels were average, the pasta had rotisserie chicken and vegetables. Fresh and fulfilling, I would dine there again. View all feedback.
It's been a few years since I've eaten at the Stanford Kitchen. There's been a pandemic. But I've had my second mRNA booster so I feel safer for indoor dining. The Stanford Kitchen is located in a parking lot so they could install some outdoor tables, but they haven't. The venue is still clean, neat, and nicely decorated. The tables are roomy enough for comfortable dining. Table cloths would be nice. All my dining companions had burgers. They were large, and there were plenty of crispy fries. I had the loaded baked potato soup. It was excellent. I also had a garden salad, fresh and delicious. I recommend the Stanford Kitchen. I hesitated between 4 and 5 stars, but I won’t let my disappointment with the spinach dip and no happy hour, take away from a great experience. The apple martinis my husband ordered hit the spot. My ahi tuna salad was delicious. It was prepared to the chef’s liking and it was perfect. We sat at the bar and the bar was well staffed with friendly and attentive bartenders.
When I visited Stanford kitchen, I was taken aback by the similarity to Stanford Grills until I noticed on the back of the menu they were affiliated. Same concept and I’ve always loved their food. Stanford kitchens didn’t disappoint, everything we tasted was fresh and delicious.
Great food, good vibes. Hostess could be a bit friendlier however Great visit! Pricing is fair not an expansive menu. I had the pot pie, very good as was my families food, rattlesnack pasta and the 1st burger listed on the menu. Mom said it was the best burger that she had ever had. We all had left overs. Cornbread was fair, it was enough to share with 3 or 4 ppl. Service was pretty quick! They have a parking lot.
If your looking for an elegant environment and a hearty menu, Stanford Kitchen is a great place to drop in on. Tonight I ordered the Short Smoked Salmon with the mustard sauce and Mashed potatoes. This can easily be a signature dish for me.
