Dunkin' - Owensville

Staff are always friendly and provide great fast service. Usually hit the drive through once in a while in the afternoon and it's not that busy. Went in morning once and was in long line of cars but the wait wasn't too long.

Not usually bad but they hardly ever have the lobby open anymore it seems. It's always drive through only ?

I have always had good service at this location. Before the pandemic if I brought my dog they would give her a treat.

This location is full of employees who are so friendly, organized and consistent. sometimes they are a little secured in the drive-thru, but I'm never waiting for more than 5 minutes tops. I am a creature of habit, so I tend to get the same drink, and it always tastes the same, no matter who makes it at what daytime. I think there are a few different managers there, and let me just say they are all always friendly and the rest of the staff. I am also manager in the service industry, so it feels good when the employees seem so happy as to be their boss. especially the young adults! I will definitely continue to work here on my road.

I'll give these three stars. normally it was a great opportunity to go. recently, however, it turned slightly south. on the other day they have completely screwed up our order and the woman in the window would not even ask us to clean up our order again. she just accepted it. second, this is the picture of an English muffin I ordered today. it has a long piece and a short piece of hair in it. nasty .. hopefully it will be better. coffee is always good, though.
