By far the absolute most amazing strawberry shortcake! ....we tried it at the Strawberry Festival and we're so glad to see that we're keeping it as a regular menu item! I only give 4 stars because upon ordering a Strawberry Shortcake I simply asked for one extra butter cake piece.. I was charged the price of an ENTIRE sundae!! What A Tired Meme doesn't like about Ice Cream Works!:
Used to be amazing, but since selling has gone STEEPLY down hill. heartbreaking. Our order was wrong, we ordered one of their specialty sundaes and they gave us a totally different one. Their homemade ice creams are skimpier on the mix-ins and one of them had a huge chunk of ice in it. The toppings over all are NOTABLY less generous and have crossed the line to being skimpy. I was a bit shocked to say the least, kind of disappointed of you will. Great place none the less......
Always one of my favorites! Great service and always new flavors to try. I still love the chai milkshake best of all.
