I've been to Tropical Smoothie Cafe four times. Twice i was served an overpriced drink efficiently and smartly by a youthful, courteous worker. The drinks are comparable with a Sonic Slushie with the suggestion they are healthy. For less money, but not frozen, I would recommend a Bolthouse or Naked Juice. Starkey Square, John stirred faced young woman at the drive-through was rude to me when I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and then rude to her coworker who was actually trying to help her with the DoorDash order and then rude to me again when she handed me the order, practically throwing it at me. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, she shouldn’t be working in customer service.
Service is terrible! Stop at the register for a good five minutes before I was even acknowledged! Probably won’t come back here. I’ll drive to Bartlesville!
Terrible. Comple lack of competent management. Ran by children who have zero sense of customer service skills. Waited 30 Mins for 3 smoothies to then be passed over and ignored and people coming in after had theirs in roughly 5 minutes. Went to counter to inquire where the remaining smoothies were and was looked at by 3 different people and not even acknowledged. This place needs an overhaul and management that can train the employees better.
I love swinging through the drive through to grab a smoothie and flatbread sandwich. Everything is always tasty, service is great, staff is friendly!
How do you plan on staying open when you can’t serve half your menu because you’re short staffed. Tried to order a flat bread around 7pm and they informed me they are not doing food because they are short staffed. Twice this has happened now.
