Kyoto Sushi Grill - Oviedo

Grabbed some Hibachi Chicken and California Roll Sushi here for lunch and it was amazing. The employees were super friendly as well. Glad this location is close to home.Parking: Parking was good.

The best sushi in town! It is by far the tastiest I’ve had in central Florida and it’s so fresh. My husband and I drive from winter park to Oviedo because he knows that is my favorite.Food: 5/5

Not at all impressed with the portion of the dish. I ordered grill combo thinking I 'd get doube the protein portion as I should 've, which is why it 's called a combo, and for that dish, even though it 's lunch dish, I paid $18 thinking I 'd get what I paid for. I ordered shrimp and calamari to my surprise they give you 3 shrimps and around 8 small pieces of calamari. Yup, you read that right, three shrimps. With this price, you 'd expect a decent dish. You can pay the same price for a buffet and eat as much as you want. The portion is a joke. I don 't recommend it.

This place has quite decent food at a good price. I like the fast-casual style, so you pay at the front which means no required tip. The lunch bento was around $11 which is a great deal on a meal that will fill you up. There was no wasabi to go with the roll which was a bit of a shame. And the bento is definitely more American than Japanese style. The onion tempura definitely tasted more like an onion ring. That being said everything was still fresh and tasty, and the value is hard to beat. Wife and I enjoyed the meal.

We stopped by after a long day we’re glad to find out they were open another 30 mins. However they had already closed the dining area. They were out of a couple of things I guess couldn’t make them? They said we could only take our food to go they had closed the dining area inside earlier due to the weather. Food was good, most staff was friendly.
