This experience was incredibly frustrating and reflects poor management and service. I genuinely love the Red Door Grill at the 119th location, where I receive great treatment. This is our family's go-to restaurant. They always treat us wonderfully, and the food and drinks are consistently excellent. Our favorites are the pretzel bites, Brussels sprouts, salmon with romesco sauce, and tacos.
