I am from the state and in the rule I am not a fan of qdoba. this location was good eating was great and the team was friendly. but their straws are filthy. they break into pieces while they try to get them out of the packaging. if they manage to get one out without destroying it, no worries, it will be in 30 different pieces on their first attempt to drink their drink. do not save the planets. it would be better not... Poor knock off of Moe's had to beg for salsa. The guys serving portions were generous though. $40 for two lunches.
I'm from out of state and usually I'm not a fan of Qdoba. This location was good- food was great and the team was friendly. Your straws, however, are garbage. They break into pieces while you try to get them out of the wrapper. If you do manage to get one out without destroying it, don't worry, it will crack into 30 different pieces on your first attempt to drink your beverage. Save the planet straws don't work. It would be better to just not offer straws at all. Otherwise, good job on the rest.
Custom made burittos, bowls, nachos, etc with lots of delicious choices!
First time trying this place, I've heard it's better than Chipotle so I wanted to see for myself. I ordered the chicken rice bowl. They gave me generous portions of each ingredient and everything had good flavor. They weren't busy at all so I was in and out of there pretty quickly. I'll go back and try their nacho platter next time. The employees were friendly and efficient even while making multiple orders at once. The only thing I wish I saw the guy preparing my food was he should've washed his hands after removing his gloves each time. And also before putting on a new pair of gloves.
Pros: 1 Compared to other similar create your own burrito/taco/etc places, base prices are better and you only get charged extra for meat 2 Very nice building 3 Friendly staff 4 Good quality/flavor ingredients Cons: 1 Seemed to be a bit short staffed at Sunday lunch (possibly one of the two employees was training the other? . Resulted in food cooling off a bit before we got it. 1b Second trip that was ~6 months later also showed that they had too little staff 2 I had mentioned Pinto Beans, but ended up with black beans no biggie since I like both, but still a potential ding for customers 3 Second trip had a slightly concerning moment we ordered a wheat burrito, and the employee took the top wheat tortilla and chucked it into the trash can. And then grabbed the tortilla under it. I can only guess that the top one was contaminated somehow, but makes me worry about whether there’s anything else with mold/bugs/issues on it
