Tim Hortons - Ottawa

The place is near empty of customers but full of staff today. Staff that can't get food to their customers in a timely or professional manner. Also, saw a roach last time I was here. Gave it a second change. Wouldn't give a third ?‍

The place is absolutely horrid. Drive through staff on Dec 2 at 11:00 rude and getting all the orders wrong. Refused to rectify the issue.

Ordered a toasted bagel and got a freezing cold bagel. also had a cockroach just crawling around like a petting zoo or

Went for Lunch today upon ordering the original cashier I was speaking too was pulled off the floor rudely by his supervisor another took his place. It took over 10 minutes to place and order off chicken soup ham and cheddar a roast beef cravable with no onions and two coffees because the replacement cashier didn't know what brown bread was and definitely didn't understand English.So the coffee's tasted watery not much flavor and I had to wait at the food counter over 10 more minutes to be prepared no biggie except when I got my food I was given a paper fork to eat soup with the ham and cheddar was made on a bagel( not what was ordered)and the roast beef cravable had processed cheese and onions (made wrong and not the way it was ordered)The bakers table was filthy crumbs and tried food everywhere the store stank and the floors where black spilled drinks and what not all over it. Avoid central park Tim Horton s if you can.

Got food poisoning from a BLT here lol.. i dont have anything against the staff but they did poison me so. im pretty sure all the stuff here is precooked so im not sure how they managed. it's not worth it guys
