Contribute FeedbackLocated in the heart of Ottawa, Spin Kitchen offers a mixed dining experience according to customers. While some found the food tasteless and not worth the price, others enjoyed their sandwiches and gluten-free options. The atmosphere was noted to be lively on various occasions, especially during holiday brunches. Criticisms were aimed at server practices, such as overly forward tipping inquiries. Happy hour deals were praised, with particular recommendations for pork sliders. Overall, Spin Kitchen seems to provide a varied experience with great potential, depending on personal preferences.
Food was as good as always. Menu has less options than pre-Covid, but I guess that is expected as we return to increased in person dinning.
We enjoyed Spin for another great holiday brunch. The atmosphere was a bit different this time due to a large number of hockey tournament visitors but it was another great brunch and we look forward to returning for Easter or Mother's Day!
Betty is the best server ever. She is amazingly professional and helpful.
Love coming here for lunch. Have been twice with my infant daughter and have always felt welcome. Manager went out of his way to ensure that our daughter was enjoying herself. Love the quiche of the day! Always my favourite!
I found it disrespectful when the female server at Spin Kitchen asked if we needed change after payment. The total bill and cash given would have resulted in a tip over 20, so there was no need to ask. Instead of assuming one bill was sufficient, it would be more considerate for the server to inquire about separate bills. Hopefully, I'll have a different server next time I dine at Spin Kitchen.
