Score Pizza Rideau - Ottawa

That's the best vegan pizza I ever had. They use Violife cheese instead of daiya like most other restaurants and it is absolutely delicious. I'm usually not a huge vegan cheese fan, but this stuff is as good as the milk cheese I ate.

Positive: The lobster shrimp raviolis were fantastic! The service was good and the portion size was decent. The quality of the food was brilliant, but it does come with a high price tag of CA$ 85 for two main courses. Negative: The restaurant is dimly lit, making it difficult to see what you're eating. My credibility: I have experience eating at a variety of establishments, from Michelin-starred restaurants to street food eateries. Cheers, guys!

The waitress who assisted us was outstanding. She offered each person at our table two different wine tastings and was very knowledgeable about the menu. She even helped us change the channel on our TV.

The pizza at this restaurant is exceptional. The quality is excellent and the toppings are delicious. It is definitely the best pizza place in Ottawa, no question. It's a shame they can't put five layers of pfeffersalat on a pizza, but that's okay. We can still dream about it.

I really enjoy the ambiance of this restaurant, the decor and seating layout are lovely. The food is fantastic, my favorite dish is the Tandoori chicken flatbread. I tried the butcher's sandwich which was a bit lacking in flavor, but the baby back ribs were delicious. During another visit, I had the ravioli with lobster cream and prawns which was equally delicious, although the portion size could be a bit bigger. Overall, I will definitely return to Joey, especially for a girls' night out.
