New King Shawarma Plus - Ottawa

This is the only shawarma restaurant I frequent. Their garlic potatoes are irresistible, they are so delicious. I always leave feeling satisfied.

This restaurant is consistently fantastic! The service is amazing, the portions are generous, and the garlic sauce is delicious.

For vegetarians, they offer delicious falafel and fresh vegetable options. Their hummus and toum are dairy and animal product-free, making it potentially vegan-friendly. Kid-friendly: The staff is very welcoming and patient with children. They offer smaller portions for kids, such as a shawarma plate served in a garlic potato container. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is easily accessible on the ground level with no large steps or ledges. Although there isn't an automatic door, the entrance is not heavy to open.

This small restaurant is a great place to fulfill your Middle Eastern cravings. The falafels with garlic sauce are out of this world. I ordered a medium plate with chicken shawarma, salads dressed in lemon and olive oil, hummus, and garlic sauce. Everything on the plate was delicious, even though the presentation in the styrofoam container wasn't very appealing.

Shawarma Square in Ottawa is probably the most reliable option. When ordering online, they follow instructions well, but I suggest dining in for the best experience. The staff is friendly and portions are generous. Their garlic sauce is just right and the sweet sauce on the meat is fantastic.
