Kelseys Original Roadhouse - Ottawa

The food at this restaurant was excellent and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend the buffalo Caesar wrap, it was delicious. The only downside was the presence of onions on the floor under our table when we were seated. Other than that, this would have been a perfect 5-star review. Despite this, we plan to return in the future.

The food is good, but the prices have increased significantly. This week, a half order of nachos with beef, 1 pound of wings, 1 piece of garlic toast, and a Pepsi cost $48 plus tip. I don't think it's worth the money anymore, so I probably won't be coming back to Kelsey's.

We are regularly here and the food is usually consistent and quite good. The staff is always super and very friendly. Some servers could make a brush on their cocktail skills, but the last two times we sat in the bar area and a very cheerful male server is always on its game. There was an incident a few months ago when there was clearly someone else hair in our Spinat dip, but the staff took care of us.

I'm here three times now and it's absolutely amazing! I especially loved the buffalo chicken packaging, it came quite fast and it tasted really good! I had Emily as my server and she was incredibly nice and polite and the service was excellent. All other employees gave friendly moods and the atmosphere was very cool and relaxed. I'm sure I'll go back and I recommend trying it out if you don't!

Good food at Kelsey's. Nothing beats her spinach dip, I have to order it at any time when I visit. Chicken wings are also great! The waitress was super friendly and accommodating. My partner ordered 15 wings and got only 10. Simply fixed by our waitress. We look forward to our next visit and more Spinat Dip!
