Restaurant recently reopened after a fire. I went with 3 friends on September 22 and it was very disappointing. The menu was hard to read because of the background colour and typeface and poor lighting. There was no warning on the menu or by the...server that the beef and potato curry was HOT. Would get 5 stars, but the system will not allow it. Vegan options are plentiful and distinct, service is exceptional, and atmosphere is comfortable and stylish. a great place to take their omni friends.
The lunch is all they can eat buffet and the only way to dinner offer less individual variety. about half the hot dishes are vegan and are characterized! it is a South Indian cuisine, so it tastes different than most Indian restaurants. not too spicy, only the best tasting ever eat! each dish is tasteful. as it serves a few meat options, it is a great place for mixed groups. all vegan and carnists have great options and are guaranteed to eat! go early as there is often a line in the foyer waiting for a table. very popular place for lunch. the staff are the kindest I've ever seen! in the did it is so successful that they have opened a second location called thali, that is an ayurveda restaurant with a full vegan option.
If u do not know what is vegan, do not shy after the cook that takes her order will suggest some option to them. eating is 10/10 service is 10/10. there won't be 5 stars.
I had hoped for a bit more vegan options that were not so sharp. very good food.
