Second Cup Café - Ottawa

It absolutely baffles me how a coffee shop is open after 9am??? Covid is over. You really need to change your hours. A lot of people would appreciate that.They are also often out of ice and bananas. For an almost $9 drink… it’s a bit ridiculous. It’s like management doesn’t even care. They don’t write signs or anything so you stand in line forever only to find out after the fact wasting your time. I go on my breaks at times and that’s a lot of wasted time

I've given this store multiple chances, but each time I'm greeted with unprofessional behavior, and the drinks are just terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The taste is simply the worst I've ever experienced, and the customer service is just as bad. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this store at all costs.

Bachar and the whole staff are the absolute best. The drinks are always consistent, line moves fast, makes great conversation etc. I walk twenty minutes there and back just because it’s my favourite second cup to get coffee at. Bachar runs the place so well and is incredibly efficient. Love this place! Best staff ever. 90% of the reason I go!

My friend and i attend this location everyday and the staff are incredibly nice ! they smile and ask us how are days are going, and the coffees are always on point! we love it here and we will continue to support this specific location!

Honestly this just wasn't really that good? 2 stars because they made my drink fast. Staff were not friendly and the general atmosphere was really dirty. Drink tasted ok.
