Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Ottawa

This is a dump and a high school kids hangout. Chicken was very greasy and there was only one booth remaining and its seats were cracked and taped up. The other booths seem to have been removed and replaced with wobbly chairs and tables some without tops. It must get trashed every night. This place has gone down hill further every time we have been here but this was the worst and our last visit. I am surprised that Popeye's has not shut down this franchise. It should as it reflects very poorly on the brand..

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. No but in all seriousness the staff was really nice. This was the singular best fast food experience of my life. The drive-through attendant was so kind and funny. Truly a good experience.

This place really fell off. Very unorganized and understaffed. Used to be decent but in its current state I’d avoid at all cost. Waited 30 minutes only to receive the wrong order.

Used their drive thru service on a Saturday evening, and there was no line up, and the service was quick. They got the order right. The spicy chicken sandwich was good, not greasy or too saucy. The 4 piece chicken meal was also good with the fries and biscuits.

Wonderful staff, exceptional service, good ambiance and a very clean restaurant.The service here was exceptional because the food was cooked quickly and the food was also made correctly. The lady who was serving us was so nice she always had a smile on her face and she was very polite and respectful. The food here was the best because it was cooked well and the fries were hot and the chicken was crispy and it is the best fast food I have ever tasted. The ambiance here was wonderful because the restaurant was modern and even the floors and the tables were clean. For the reasons I have stated in this review, I highly encourage and recommend you to visit this location because of the great service and also for the wonderful food and the spectacular ambiance.
